History has showcased many types of Bhaktas who have searched for Lord Shiva ...
Lord Shiva is the God of Yoga
OUR SUPREME GOD
Lord Shiva is the Ultimate Reality. He is both Yogeshwara(Supreme deity of all yoga paths) and Yogishwara, i.e. the Master and teacher of all Great yogis(yoga practitioners/Masters). So, we all meditate on him. In Kundalini Yoga, we merge with Lord Shiva by the help of his consort, Mother Kundalini(Shridevi Parvati).
Generally, in any Lord Shiva’s picture(see above), we see him in a sitting posture engrossed in deep meditation

Satyam Shivam Sundaram (Truth is Eternal and Beautiful)
Satyam(Truth) Shivam(god) Sundram(inner happiness, inner beauty) Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram. The life is described as having three facets The three-fold aspects of dharma are also described as Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram – Truth, Love and Beauty respectively.“Satya he Shiva he, Shiva he Sunder he” signifies the importance of truthfulness and with truthfulness one acquires both Shiva and in turn the bliss. To summarize Satyam Shivam Sundaram means that the path of truthfulness (Satyam) is always conscious based (Shivam) and leads to inner happiness (Sundaram).Or to acquire inner happiness one should follow the path of truthfulness and conscious based decisions.A God-realized person will experience Truth-Bliss-Beauty all the time. OM NAMAH SHIVAYA
SHARANAM SHIVA CHARANAM
Shiva is the God of forgiveness.
If He forgives us we must forgive ourselves. Otherwise, it is almost like setting up us as a higher tribunal than Him.
If anything matters then everything matters. Because you are important, everything you do is important. Every time you forgive the universe changes.Change is the law of the universe. Every time you reach out and touch a heart or a life, the world changes and creates a very positive energy of love and peace. Om Namah Shivaaya
